Are you a new customer or an existing policyholder?

New Customer

To apply for coverage, you will need the following:

  • Name and address of the jewelry wearer
  • Details about any safes or alarm systems in his/her home
  • The appraised value or exact purchase price of the jewelry

    Documentation (receipt, appraisal, etc) is required. You may apply without it, however you must submit the documentation within 10 days. As long as it shows the same value, your premium will not change.
